Position : Associate Attorney

Experience : 2–3 Years’ Experience

Location: Thane Wagle Estate

ATMS is looking for an Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to support its internal legal requirements and retainer clients.

Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.Handle day-to-day legal work for retainer clients.
- Assist with commercial transactions and corporate documentation.
- Draft legal notices, replies and settlement correspondence.
- Manage trademark filings, examination replies and related matters.
- Support POSH compliance, policies, Internal Committee documentation and training.
- Advise on employment, regulatory and general compliance matters.
- Conduct legal research and coordinate with clients,



counsel and authorities.

Requirements

- Law degree and enrolment with a State Bar Council.
- 2–3 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience.
- Solid drafting, research and client-handling skills.
- Experience in contracts, trademarks, notices, POSH and compliance preferred.
- Practical, detail-oriented and capable of independently managing multiple matters.
