Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Associate Architect to lead the design and execution of large-scale architectural projects. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry expertise, and the ability to deliver cutting-edge, functional, and sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and engineering teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards
- Mentor junior architects and guide design teams




- Maintain timelines, quality, and project efficiency
- Participate in client presentations and design discussions
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design processes

Requirements

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 15+ years of experience (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
