About the role

WealthNest.AI is an AI-powered Family Office app built for Indian families managing wealth across Investments, Insurance, Income Tax, and Inheritance — live on Play Store and App Store, SEBI-registered, and growing.

We're launching a structured Graduate Program for Backend Engineering. You'll work on real production systems — not toy projects — with dedicated mentorship from senior engineers and a direct path to a permanent Backend Engineer role after 6 months.

What you'll work on

- Backend services and APIs used by Indian families managing their wealth
- Features handling real user and financial data in production
- Database work on real customer problems — PostgreSQL, Redis
- Bug fixes, testing, and validation before production deployment
- Code reviews and technical discussions with the founding engineering team

What we're looking for

Must have

- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and server-side logic
- Comfortable with Git and working in shared codebases
- Willingness to learn rapid and take ownership




- Fresh graduate or final year student in CS / IT or related field

Good to have:
- Python or any backend programming language
- SQL or relational database exposure
- Personal or academic projects — web apps, APIs, anything you've shipped
- Interest in fintech or product-driven engineering
