Educational Qualifications

- BBA and MBA in Operations or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Ph.D. (mandatory) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Logistics and Supply Chain, in accordance with AICTE guidelines.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry
- At least 5 years at the level of Professor, demonstrating robust leadership in academic or research environments
- Proven track record of leadership, research, and collaboration in higher education




- Strong industry connections in port, shipping, or logistics sectors.
- Experience in curriculum development, accreditation, and interdisciplinary program management

Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for Port and Logistics programs
- Design and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and research in port operations, terminal management, and supply chain logistics
- Build and strengthen industry partnerships to align programs with emerging trends and employability goals.
- Supervise and promote research projects and publications aligned with institutional priorities
- Drive innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability in maritime logistics education
- Represent the university at national and international academic and industry forums.
