About the role

WealthNest.AI is an AI-powered Family Office app built for Indian families managing wealth across Investments, Insurance, Income Tax, and Inheritance — live on Play Store and App Store, SEBI-registered, and growing.

We're launching a structured Graduate Program for AI Engineering and looking for ambitious fresh graduates ready to ship production-grade AI features from day one.

This is not a research role. You'll build LLM pipelines, agentic workflows, and document intelligence systems that sit at the core of a product used by real Indian families. You'll have dedicated mentorship from senior engineers, clear feedback throughout, and a direct path to a permanent AI Engineer role after 6 months.

What you'll build

- End-to-end LLM pipelines using LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex
- Multi-step agents that reason over structured and unstructured financial data
- RAG systems over portfolios, policy documents, and market data using vector DBs
- Document intelligence — parsing PDFs, statements, and financial documents at scale
- FastAPI endpoints exposing AI capabilities to product and Flutter teams

What we're looking for

Must have

- Solid Python — async patterns, OOP, standard libraries
- Hands-on with LangChain / LangGraph — chains, agents, tool use
- Can build a working RAG pipeline — chunking, embeddings,



retrieval tuning
- PDF extraction experience — pdfplumber, PyMuPDF, or similar
- Comfortable with Git — branching, PRs, code review
- Fresh graduate or final year student in CS / IT or related field

Good to have:
- OCR tooling — PaddleOCR, Tesseract, Docling, or vision LLMs
- Prompt engineering — structured output, chain-of-thought, reasoning traces
- FastAPI, Docker, AWS, or GCP basics
- Interest in fintech or document intelligence

No minimum CGPA requirement. No backlog restriction. We evaluate what you've built, not your marksheet.
