Role Description The Associate will support the firm’s legal practice by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing Writ Petitions, pleadings, Written Submissions and other legal documents, and assisting with case preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing statutes and case law, preparing briefs and opinions, and coordinating with senior advocates on strategy and client communication. The Associate will also attend client meetings, liaise with external stakeholders such as counsel and regulatory authorities, and support litigation or transactional matters as required.

This is a full time,



on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring consistent office presence and active collaboration with the le gal team.

Area of practise: White collar, FEMA, NCLT

Qualifications

- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document review, including Writ Petitions, pleadings, Written Submission, opinions, and correspondence.
- Effective communication and client-handling skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple matters, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys and staff, and to exercise sound judgment and confidentiality.
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution; bar enrollment/eligibility to practice in India preferred.
- Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is an advantage.
- Familiarity with legal research databases and standard office productivity tools.
