Company Description Aptronix India, established in 2011, is India’s local Apple expert, offering a comprehensive range of Apple products, accessories, and services. The company operates a growing retail chain of more than 70 stores and 18 authorized service centers across 23 cities.

Customers can visit stores or order online for iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and related accessories. Aptronix employs authorized technicians and trained staff who support customers with purchases, troubleshooting, and switching from other platforms to Apple. The company also conducts training sessions, one-to-one sessions, and special in-store events to enhance the customer experience.

Role Description The Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day store operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and meeting sales and service targets. This full time, on-site role in Kochi includes supervising store staff, managing schedules, and supporting training and performance development.

The role involves overseeing inventory, merchandising, and visual standards, as well as handling escalated customer queries and coordinating with authorized service technicians. The Manager will monitor store KPIs, implement sales initiatives, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.



The position also requires close collaboration with regional leadership to drive store growth and uphold Aptronix India’s brand standards.

- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and deliver a premium in-store experience.

- Candidates should possess basic inventory, merchandising, and visual display skills to maintain stock accuracy and an appealing store layout.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and management effectively.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills to manage operational challenges and escalations.
- Prior experience in retail, electronics, or technology sales is highly beneficial; experience with Apple products or premium brands is an advantage.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
