Role & responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Bulk/Volume Hiring & building pipeline a) Drive end-to-end recruitment for blue collar warehouse associates (Pickers, Packers, & Sorters) to meet aggressive AOP numbers b) Build talent pool available by exploring creative sourcing channels, job fairs, colleges, NGOs, institutes, local community boards, and walk-in drives c) Implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract & onboard migrant workforce
2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management a) Act as the primary HR liaison between facility/site HRBPs, operations heads & vendors b) Collaborate regularly with HR & Central planning teams to forecast headcount requirements and align on workforce demands c) Manage and evaluate manpower vendors and labor contractors to ensure timely onboarding
