Role & responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent requirements, and establish candidate profiles for various roles within Construction, EPC and Data Centre etc.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including Vendor Partners, Job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging internal and external resources.
- Screen, assess, and interview potential candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and alignment with the company's culture and values.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation using the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize sourcing strategies,



streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies and recruitment trends to continuously improve sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating compelling job postings, promoting the company's culture and values.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or PG with 4-8 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, with a solid focus on lateral hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels and methodologies.
- Solid networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR partners.
