Corefit Plus is a premium Pilates studio dedicated to improving health, strength, and balance through expert-led sessions. We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Studio Manager to support operations and sales at our Noida studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about wellness.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations

Support the Studio Manager in overseeing daily operations for smooth functioning.

Supervise front desk and support staff to ensure service excellence.

Assist with class scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining studio hygiene.

Handle client queries and feedback with professionalism.

Ensure compliance with studio policies, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Sales & Client Engagement

Conduct studio tours and book trial sessions for new clients.

Educate members about Pilates programs and Corefit Plus offerings.





Build relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

Assist in driving membership sales, renewals, and promotional activities.

Support marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Fitness, Retail, Marketing, BPO or related field.

1–2 years of experience in operations or sales (fitness, health, retail, or hospitality preferred).

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Team management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Knowledge of Pilates or the wellness industry is desirable.

Passionate about health and client service excellence.
