Role Overview

We are looking for a well-presented, responsible and client-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our Ahmedabad store. The candidate will support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations while ensuring that every client receives a personalised and premium experience that reflects the standards of Vishal Rathore Designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend clients professionally and understand their requirements.
- Assist clients with collections, fabrics, designs, styling and bespoke garment options.
- Support the Store Manager in managing appointments, trials, measurements, alterations and final deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of client orders, measurements, payments and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the design, tailoring, production and workshop teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Regularly follow up with clients regarding trials, approvals, payments and deliveries.
- Handle client communication through WhatsApp Business, phone calls and other official business channels.
- Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and overall luxury standards of the store.
- Ensure garments, fabrics,



samples and accessories are properly organised and displayed.
- Assist with billing, payment collection, invoices and daily sales records.
- Maintain stock and inventory records and report any requirements to management.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales and client-conversion targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Prepare and submit daily store and work reports to management.
- Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, client servicing or premium sales will be preferred.
- Solid communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati are preferred.
- Well-groomed, confident and professional personality.
- Good understanding of customer service and relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp Business, billing and digital communication.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate between clients and internal teams.
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable working in a high-service luxury environment.
- An interest in menswear, fashion, fabrics and bespoke tailoring will be an advantage.

What We Look For At Vishal Rathore Designs, we are looking for someone who understands that luxury retail is not simply about selling a garment—it is about building relationships, understanding the client and delivering a highly personalised experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
