Role Description The Assistant Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, overseeing customer service, and ensuring store standards are consistently maintained.

The Assistant Store

Manager monitors sales performance, assists in inventory management, and helps implement loss prevention measures. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries and concerns, coordinating staff schedules, ensuring adherence to company policies,



and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role also involves training team members, driving customer satisfaction initiatives, and contributing to promotional activities and visual merchandising to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to address inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Store Management experience, including overseeing daily operations, staffing support, and maintaining visual and operational standards.
- Explicit and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage, ensuring compliance, and promoting secure store operations.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environments, ideally in multi-outlet or branded chains.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on achieving sales and service goals.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and MS Office; familiarity with inventory management tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
