Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full time, in office role based in Rajkot, responsible for supporting sales growth and client relationship management for water treatment and beverage project solutions. The role involves assisting in developing sales plans, managing inquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to align solutions with customer requirements.

The Assistant Sales

Manager will conduct market research, follow up on leads,



participate in client meetings and product demonstrations, and help negotiate contracts within defined guidelines. Daily tasks include maintaining sales reports and CRM records, monitoring order progress, and collaborating with senior sales leadership to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Customer relationship management capabilities, with experience handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and providing after-sales support.
- Basic technical understanding of industrial equipment or engineering solutions, preferably in water treatment or beverage projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with the ability to create clear reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, engineering, and operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent specialization in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B industrial sales or project sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
