Role Description The Assistant Manager role at ECHT VENTURES is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Assistant

Manager will support daily operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and assist in implementing business strategies across ECHT Business entities.

Responsibilities include tracking key performance indicators, preparing reports and presentations, supporting process improvements, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects. The role also involves managing internal communication, assisting in vendor and stakeholder coordination, and helping maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

maintain organized documentation, and provide reliable administrative and operational support to senior management.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to support business operations, including coordination of projects, reporting, and task follow-up.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Competence in using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration software) for documentation and analysis.
- Problem-solving mindset, with analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in an assistant manager or coordination role is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis and maintain qualified conduct aligned with company values.
