?️ Job Responsibilities

- ? Manage residential interior projects from execution to handover.
- ? Study work orders, drawings, measurements, and project schedules.
- ? Coordinate with clients, carpenters, installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- ? Plan and monitor daily site activities for timely completion.
- ? Coordinate material dispatch, delivery, and installation.
- ? Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards.
- ⚡ Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, and other site activities.
- ? Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- ? Maintain project progress reports and schedules.
- ? Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- ? Support part-payment and final-payment collection.




- ? Ensure smooth project handover and collect customer feedback.

? Skills Required
- ?️ Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- ? Strong team coordination and leadership abilities.
- ? Knowledge of residential interior execution.
- ? Valuable planning and problem-solving skills.
- ⏱️ Strong time and task management.
- ? Ability to handle multiple projects and site teams.

? Qualification & Experience
- ? Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- ? 2–5 years of experience in residential interior project execution preferred.
- ⭐ Modular/interior site execution experience will be an added advantage.
- ? Willingness to travel between project sites in Chennai.
