Role and Responsibility

- Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring performance and efficiency
- Develop and expand procurement categories with a strategic sourcing approach
- Manage procurement P&L;, including cost control, budgeting,and driving savings to improve margins
- Manage procurement and sourcing of products, including imports and supplier negotiations.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities.
- Introduce new products aligned with company strategy and participate in product development.
- Optimize costs, monitor supplier performance, and maintain quality standards.

8.Streamline procurement and import processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Set procurement KPIs and contribute to overall business growth and profitability.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support business objectives.
- Recruit and manage procurement staff as needed.

Mandatory Prerequisites

- Experience in consumer product purchasing
- Experience in handling procurement categories
- Ability to lead a team with KPI & KRA management
- Basic understanding of P&L;, cost control, and budgeting
- Experience in vendor negotiation and sourcing (including imports)
- Valuable understanding of inventory and demand planning
