Amity University, Ranchi is looking for a dynamic and research-oriented Assistant Professor – Mechatronics (Robotics) to join its academic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, and allied areas .
- Develop and update course content in line with emerging technologies and industry requirements.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish papers in reputed Scopus/SCI/UGC-approved journals .
- Guide student projects, dissertations, internships, and research activities.
- Develop and supervise hands-on laboratory sessions, robotics projects, and cutting-edge prototypes.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences, and industry interaction programs.
- Mentor students and support their academic, technical, and professional development.
- Contribute to academic administration, accreditation, curriculum development, and institutional initiatives.
- Develop collaborations with industries, research organizations, and academic institutions.

Eligibility
- Ph.D. in Mechatronics / Robotics / Mechanical Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation allied discipline from a recognized university.
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a strong academic record.
- Demonstrated research publications in reputed journals/conferences will be preferred.
- Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and laboratory-handling skills.
