Qualification & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Management or a relevant specialization from a recognized university/institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant academic, research and/or industry experience preferred.
- Ph.D. is not mandatory; however, candidates with a Ph.D. or pursuing a Ph.D. will be given preference.
- Relevant corporate/industry exposure will be an added advantage.
- Digital competency and proficiency in AI-enabled pedagogy, technology-assisted teaching and contemporary digital learning tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, case discussions and practical sessions for management students.
- Develop course plans, teaching material, assignments, assessments and contemporary case studies.
- Use AI-enabled pedagogy,



digital learning platforms, simulations, analytics tools and other emerging technologies to enhance student learning.
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, competitions and career development.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic activities.
- Contribute to research, publications, conferences and institutional academic initiatives.
- Incorporate contemporary industry practices, technology and business developments into classroom teaching.
- Support seminars, workshops, guest lectures and student-development programmes.
- Develop relationships with industry professionals for guest sessions, live projects, internships and academic-industry initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with a strong academic foundation combined with digital competency, AI-enabled teaching capabilities, industry exposure, research orientation, creative teaching practices and corporate connections will be given additional weightage.
