About the Role

· We're seeking a research-driven Assistant Professor to teach/train in various domain and cross domains.

· Mentoring students to develop them into professionals

· Train students on live Industry Problems to find solutions

· Prepare students for challenging roles

What You'll Do

- Train PGDM students in the fields of your specialisation.
- Design and refresh course content to reflect current industry tools, trends,



and practices.
- Pursue an active research agenda and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor students on projects, dissertations, internships, and career development.
- Contribute to curriculum design, accreditation processes, and departmental initiatives.
- Strengthen industry linkages through guest sessions, live projects, and corporate engagement.

What We're Looking For

- Ph.D. (awarded) in Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field, per AICTE/UGC norms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) is an added advantage
- A record of quality research and publication (WoS,/ ABDC/Scopus Q1, Q2 Journals).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior teaching or relevant industry experience is desirable.
