Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Product Manager to manage our animal nutrition and feed additive product portfolio, drive product growth, and support sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop product strategies, positioning, and marketing plans.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage product launches and the complete product lifecycle.
- Develop product presentations, technical literature, and marketing materials.
- Provide product training and technical support to the sales team.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Quality teams.




- Gather market and customer feedback for product improvement and NPD.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and product profitability.
- Support veterinary meets, distributor engagements, and promotional activities.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Animal Nutrition, Feed Additives, Animal Health, or allied industries.
- B.V.Sc/M.V.Sc, Animal Husbandry, Life Sciences, or related qualification.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and customer engagements.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
