e are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Kids Indoor Play Area. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales, manage operations, build customer relationships, and grow revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive enquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Manage daily play-area operations
- Lead, motivate and manage the team
- Handle customers and build strong relationships
- Plan and execute birthday parties & events
- Ensure excellent customer experience
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and repeat visits

REQUIREMENTS

- 2–3 years of experience in managing indoor play areas, FECs, or similar businesses
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer-handling skills
- Event planning and execution experience
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
