Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the building material industry.
- Manage end-to-end sales hiring process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions for each role.
- Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 6-11 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (Sales hiring).
- Proven track record of success in sales hiring or recruitment within the Building material industry.
- Solid understanding of the building material sector's unique challenges and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
