- Execute daily supply chain operations: purchase order follow-up, material tracking, and shortage resolution.

- Participate in and support the daily supply chain review meeting, updating status and flagging execution issues.

- Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, expediting, and order confirmations.

- Maintain accurate inventory records; track stock levels against plan and flag deviations.

- Ensure timely material availability for production per the master schedule.

- Raise and track purchase requisitions/POs in the SAP system.

- Coordinate with Quality and Stores for incoming material inspection and discrepancy resolution.

- Support supplier performance tracking (on-time delivery, quality rejections) and escalate risks.

- Maintain and update supply chain trackers, dashboards,



and reports for management review

- Assist in resolving day-to-day execution bottlenecks between procurement, stores, and production.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
