Project EngineerPosition Summary

This position is responsible for program governance, planning, monitoring, cost control, and execution of EHV/HV transmission EPC projects (UG Cables & Substations). The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant project delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Contracts, and key stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Lead execution of EHV substation and underground cable projects. Develop project schedules using tools like Primavera / MS Project. Monitor progress and ensure milestone achievement. Ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.

Monitor critical path and implement corrective actions to avoid delays

Standardize planning templates across projects

Prepare and control project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost baselines

Ensure alignment with Cost Excellence frameworks

Drive risk mitigation strategies and escalation framework.
