The role focuses on developing scalable DevOps capabilities to streamline network operations, enhance performance, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in automation, scripting, DevOps practices, and network technologies, along with the ability to align solutions with business objectives in a banking/enterprise environment.

- Integration with existing network infrastructure - Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts for:

- Issue detection and resolution - Ensure documentation and adherence to industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, cloud, security, infrastructure)
- Drive continuous improvement of automation frameworks
- Provide training and guidance to engineers and stakeholders on automation tools 4. People & Talent - Demonstrate strong leadership through collaboration and influence
