Within 4 years of the commercial launch of its services, BiofuelCircle boasts of over 2,000 business subscribers and a reach to > 1.8lakh farmers across 10 Indian states. Its E-Commerce marketplace currently handles annual transactions of > Rs 200 crores.

The company also has field offices in Ahmedabad, New Delhi, Lucknow, Vijaywada and Chennai to drive business in local markets.

Having established its digital platform-based business model, BiofuelCircle is now expanding its business and widening its services portfolio. The company plans to grow its team and add more field locations.

Key Purpose of the Role:

Drive organization-wide strategic initiatives by translating business strategy into actionable projects, aligning stakeholders, defining success metrics, building cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution and delivery of strategic outcomes.This is a dedicated, full-time role.

Responsibilities:

Drive successful completion of OKR projects, delivering measurable business impact and establishing robust business processes implementation

Key Tasks Involved:

Strategic Alignment

- Translate organizational strategy into a portfolio of strategic projects.
- Define objectives, success criteria, milestones, and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure all initiatives are aligned to business priorities and growth goals.





Program Definition & Governance

- Establish project charters, timelines, budgets, and governance mechanisms.
- Develop OKRs and KPIs for each strategic initiative.
- Track progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with functional heads to align priorities and resource allocation.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams for strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve execution roadblocks.

Execution Excellence

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
- Monitor benefits realization and business outcomes post implementation.
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Strategic Reporting

- Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Develop executive dashboards and strategy review mechanisms.

Prospect:

Part of Strategy PMO and direct exposure to senior business leaders

- Gain a direct line of sight into how strategy actually gets delivered, across a fast-growing digital bioenergy platform
- Own outcomes on assigned Key Results

Ideal Candidate:

Experience:

- 2–6 years of experience in strategic program/project coordination, business operations, strategy execution, or a similar strategy execution-focused role.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Comfortable with tracking tools/dashboards (Excel/Tableau/ Power-Bi)
- Exposure to PMO, consulting, or strategy/operations roles involving goal-tracking frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, balanced scorecards) is a plus
- Exposure to the energy, biofuels, agri-commodities, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
