Operational Leadership

- Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure smooth and effective workflows.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize operational procedures.
- Work closely with other departments such as Finance,



Sales and overseas offices to ensure operational alignment and integration.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams to promote high performance and accountability.
- Conduct performance evaluations and establish training and development plans.
- Foster a positive and productive work culture.

Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on operational performance, challenges, and progress.
- Maintain transparent communication across all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements
- Minimum: Graduate in any stream
- *8 / 13 years into Sea (export / import)
- Experience on import / export process till file closing
- Technical system / process management
- Relationship with shipping lines / vendor management

- *Well experienced on OOG cargo / special containers
- Added advantage if experience on AIR shipment
