KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To lead as the cohesive force across all the 8 operating rooms of the K K Eye Institute in,

- Meticulously managing the end-to-end administration of the operating rooms that includes overseeing the manpower, materials and machines of the operation rooms.
- Ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality functions in all clinical and operational work areas
- Keeping the patient and surgical workflows well-coordinated, smooth and swift.
- Maintain the highest standards of sterility and infection control.
- Lead quality improvement efforts and track key performance and safety indicators.
- Lead and motivate the OT team, building a disciplined, efficient, innovative and collaborative culture.
- Set, enforce, and monitor SOPs across all OT functions.
- Manage OT inventory — consumables, instruments, equipment — with full accountability.
- Keep all OT equipment well-maintained and serviced to prevent downtime.

QUALIFICATIONS





- BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
- MHA - Masters in Healthcare Administration / MBA with specialisation in healthcare will be an added advantage
