Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage due diligence processes for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, ensuring timely completion of reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information for due diligence purposes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, market trends, and other relevant data to identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients.
Job Requirements :
- 3.9-10 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
- Solid understanding of due diligence procedures on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in preparing clear, concise reports that communicate effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
