This role is responsible for managing bank reconciliations, borrowing accounting, and treasury documentation. The role ensures accurate reconciliation of collection and PF accounts, maintenance of loan records, compliance with internal controls, and effective management of Term Loans (TL) and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).

Role & responsibilities

Reconciliation & Control: -

- Perform periodic bank reconciliations for collection accounts and PF accounts.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences promptly.
- Strengthen process controls and ensure adherence to approval matrices and internal policies.

Borrowing Operations & Documentation: -
- Create and maintain Term Loan (TL) and Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) master data and contracts in the treasury management system.
- Maintain and update loan documentation, sanction letters, loan agreements, repayment schedules, and related records.
- Coordinate with lenders and internal stakeholders for collection of required borrowing documents.
- Ensure proper filing and availability of documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Calculate interest payable on borrowings and share calculations with the Treasury team.
- Monitor changes in Rates of Interest (ROI) and update borrowing schedules accordingly.




- Review bank interest debits and investigate any excess or incorrect charges.
- Prepare and communicate fund transfer requests for interest and principal repayments.

Borrowing Accounting: -
- Pass accounting entries related to borrowings, repayments, accrued interest, and other treasury transactions.
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurate, supported by adequate documentation, and comply with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor unprocessed payments and ensure timely resolution.

Customer Refund Processing: -
- Process customer TDS refunds accurately and within defined turnaround timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of refund transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with exposure to bank reconciliations, treasury operations, and borrowing accounting.
- Hands-on experience in managing Term Loans (TLs), Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), and related documentation.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Treasury Management Systems.
