Position Overview

We are looking for a energetic and growth-oriented Assistant General Manager to lead Lumio Downtown and play a key role in building the brand, team culture, guest experience, and operational standards.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can combine hospitality expertise with ownership, creativity, technology, and a modern approach to guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall ownership of Lumio Downtown's operations, guest experience, team, and business performance.
- Lead the pre-opening and operational setup, including SOPs, team building, systems, and service standards.
- Build a strong, positive, and guest-centric team culture.
- Develop and maintain a modern, warm, and experience-driven hospitality environment.
- Monitor operational performance, revenue, costs, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
- Lead and develop the team through effective communication, training, delegation, and performance management.
- Manage vendors, partners, and key operational relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve guest experience, efficiency, revenue, and brand positioning.
- Leverage technology, digital guest communication, PMS, OTA platforms, and modern hospitality tools.
- Handle operational challenges with strong decision-making and problem-solving.
- Work closely with management on brand growth, expansion, and long-term business development.




- Prepare regular performance updates and reports for management.

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant hospitality/operations experience, with leadership or management exposure.
- Experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Head, General Manager, or similar senior role is preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is not just a traditional hotel operator. We are looking for someone who wants to build something, take ownership, create a strong hospitality culture, and grow with Lumio Downtown and the wider Heiley Group brand. Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
