Job Role: Assistant Electrician TrainerJob Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Electrician Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training in basic electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, and safety practices. The trainer will prepare candidates with the technical and practical skills required for entry-level employment as assistant electricians in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical training on basic electrical concepts and electrical installation.
- Train candidates in electrical wiring, cable laying, connections, and termination.
- Demonstrate installation and use of switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs, lights, fans, and other electrical components.
- Train candidates in the use of electrical tools, testing instruments, and equipment.
- Explain basic electrical drawings, symbols, circuits, and wiring diagrams.
- Train candidates on identifying and rectifying basic electrical faults.
- Demonstrate protected working practices, PPE usage, earthing, and electrical safety procedures.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assignments, assessments, and skill evaluations.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of training tools and equipment.
- Maintain trainee attendance, assessment records, batch documentation, and MIS.




- Develop candidates' workplace discipline, communication, teamwork, and employability skills.
- Coordinate with the placement team to support candidates in employment opportunities.
- Ensure training is delivered as per the prescribed curriculum and project requirements.

Preferred Qualification & Experience
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician/Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
- Relevant experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or construction.
- Prior experience as an Electrician Trainer/Instructor will be an added advantage.
- Good practical knowledge of electrical safety standards and workplace practices.
- Strong communication and practical demonstration skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
