Role Description The Assistant Bakery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, supporting daily operations of the bakery. This role oversees baking schedules, assists with production planning, and helps ensure that all products meet quality and presentation standards.

The Assistant Bakery

Manager coordinates staff, monitors customer service at the counter, and supports training to maintain efficient, friendly service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining food safety practices, managing inventory and stock rotation, and assisting with ordering supplies.



The role also involves communicating with the Head Baker and management about production needs, sales trends, and opportunities to improve processes and offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong practical skills in bakery operations and baking, with experience in pastries, breads, and baked goods.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and support front-of-house interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and compliance with local regulations.
- Experience with inventory control, stock rotation, and basic ordering procedures.
- Prior experience in a bakery, café, or food service environment in a supervisory or senior team member role.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by bakery operations.
