Role & responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment tracking, and outstanding collections.
- Follow up with dealers, distributors, and customers for timely payment against invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales invoices, receipts, credit notes, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare ageing reports and coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to resolve payment-related issues
