- Review recovery agent empanelment, monitoring, and compliance.
- Verify adequacy of documentation supporting recoveries and write-offs.
- Monitor recovery performance and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and customer protection requirements.
- Conduct internal accounts reviews and review regulatory submissions.
