ASRS Engineer / Packing Foreman to Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain ASRS and packing systems.
- Supervise packing operations, manpower, and daily production activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/automation breakdowns.
- Monitor conveyors, sensors, motors, drives, and packing equipment.
- Ensure production targets, quality, safety, and 5S standards are achieved.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily reports and track machine performance.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation.
- Experience in ASRS, packing machinery, warehouse automation, or production supervision.
- Valuable team-handling, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
