Company ProfileOur client is a financial services company providing collections and recovery solutions to Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech companies. The company focuses on delivering efficient, compliant, and technology-driven collection services for its clients.

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Collections & Recovery to manage multiple client portfolios and lead a team of approximately 20–30 Collection Executives through 2 Team Leaders.

The candidate must have mandatory experience in Domestic Collections & Recovery along with prior team-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Domestic Collections & Recovery operations across 2–3 portfolios simultaneously.
- Lead and manage 2 Team Leaders and approximately 20–30 Collection Executives/Tele-callers.
- Drive the team towards achieving monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Monitor daily productivity, performance, call quality, PTP, conversion, and recovery metrics.
- Review portfolio performance and implement strategies to improve collections and recovery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance to Team Leaders.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs,



and Fintech clients regarding requirements, performance, and portfolio updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS and performance reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client SLAs, and applicable collection guidelines.

Required Experience & SkillsMandatory Requirements:

- 4–8 years of overall experience in Collections & Recovery.
- Mandatory experience in Domestic Collections & Recovery.
- Mandatory prior team-handling experience.
- Experience managing Team Leaders and Collection Executives/Tele-callers.
- Experience handling multiple portfolios, preferably for Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech companies.
- Strong understanding of collection processes, portfolio management, PTP, recovery strategies, and collection metrics.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and team-management skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach with the ability to drive team performance.

Preferred CandidatesCandidates from Collections & Recovery agencies, NBFCs, Banks, Fintechs, or other financial services companies with hands-on experience in Domestic Collections, Portfolio Management, and Team Handling will be preferred. Location? Morewadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra
