Stars N Celebs is a growing platform connecting artists, influencers, creators, celebrities and entertainment professionals with visibility, opportunities and potential clients.

We are looking for energetic and self-driven individuals who can help us rapidly expand our artist and influencer community.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with artists, influencers, creators, performers and entertainment professionals across Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Onboard relevant artists to Stars N Celebs and help them understand the benefits of creating their profile.
- Target 10–14 quality artist/influencer onboardings per day once fully operational.
- Leverage the Stars N Celebs Opportunities feature to identify and engage relevant artists for available opportunities.
- Build relationships with influencers and creators for collaborations and platform promotion.
- Identify potential Face of the City candidates and introduce them to Stars N Celebs.
- Encourage existing artists to refer other genuine artists and creators to the platform.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective artists until registration/profile completion.
- Help artists complete and optimise their Stars N Celebs profiles.
- Maintain basic daily reporting of outreach, responses, registrations and conversions.
- Explore new artist communities, colleges, talent groups, associations and creator networks.

What We Are Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking to artists, influencers and creators.
- Strong Instagram and social-media understanding.
- Ability to discover talent and build relationships.
- Persuasive but non-spammy communication style.




- Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, artist management, recruitment, sales or business development is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and networking skills are welcome.

Selection Process – Practical Assignment

As part of the selection process, candidates will be asked to complete a simple practical assignment:

Identify and invite 10 genuine artists, influencers, creators or performers from their network/community to explore and join Stars N Celebs.

The purpose is to evaluate your:

- Ability to identify relevant talent
- Communication skills
- Networking ability
- Understanding of the platform
- Ability to generate genuine interest
- Follow-up and conversion skills

Important: This is not a request to spam contacts or force anyone to register. We are looking for genuine artist discovery and relationship-building.

Candidates who demonstrate strong outreach and conversion ability may be considered for an ongoing position.
