Role: Lead AI Solutions Engineer / AI Architect

ITC Infotech is looking for an experienced Lead AI Solutions Engineer / AI Architect to join our AI Services team supporting a global manufacturing client. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Business Strategy, driving innovation and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

As the strategic partner to the AI Lead, you will:

✅ Translate business vision into scalable AI architectures and execution roadmaps

✅ Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities across manufacturing and enterprise functions

✅ Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using:

- Generative AI
- Agentic AI frameworks
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning

✅ Build secure experimentation environments and governance frameworks on Azure and Databricks ✅ Establish Responsible AI practices, security controls, monitoring, and cost governance

✅ Partner with business leaders, IT teams, data engineers, and security stakeholders to drive successful AI adoption

What We're Looking For

Technical Expertise

- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, Fine-Tuning, RAG, and Agentic AI
- Hands-on expertise with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI,



Semantic Kernel
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft AzureAzure OpenAI Service
- Azure Machine Learning
- Azure Functions
- Azure Cosmos DB / Vector Databases
- Solid experience with DatabricksPySpark
- Delta Lake
- MLflow
- Unity Catalog
- Experience with MLOps/DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI workload monitoring

Professional Experience
- 5+ years in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields
- 2+ years designing and deploying enterprise GenAI solutions
- Proven success delivering AI initiatives on Azure and Databricks

Key Competencies
- Strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving
- Ability to assess AI feasibility, ROI, and business impact
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong architectural and solution design capabilities

Nice to Have ⭐ Manufacturing domain expertise (Supply Chain, Quality, Predictive Maintenance, Plant Operations)
