You are not expected to be an expert in curriculum design or child psychology. Our senior team develops the educational architecture, while your role will be to transform that intellectual property into beautiful, classroom-ready resources using AI, design tools, and disciplined execution.

Initially, you will work on:

- AI-powered content creation
- Multimedia learning resources
- Classroom publishing
- Teacher enablement
- Digital learning products
- Educational content production

With demonstrated quality, ownership, and continuous learning, you can progress from: AI Curriculum Production Associate → Senior Production Specialist → Curriculum Studio Lead → Product & Content Manager

There will also be opportunities to contribute to course sales, facilitator hiring, and multidisciplinary educational product teams as the business grows.

You will also have the opportunity to build skills in topics of your choice that make our work more powerful.

Practical AssessmentShortlisted candidates will complete the following exercises over 2–3 days. We are interested in how you think, organise information, use AI responsibly, and present polished work.

1. AI Working Style

Using ChatGPT or Claude, prepare a one-page note on “Five Ways AI Can Improve Classroom Learning.” Submit the prompts used, initial AI output, and your final edited version.





2. PowerPoint Production

Convert a rough lesson note into six clean, professional PowerPoint slides with clear visual hierarchy.

3. Canva Design

Create a straightforward classroom worksheet or poster using Canva.

4. Classroom Production Exercise

Convert a skeleton framework consisting of a theme, story, craft, and reflection into a complete minute-by-minute teacher lesson plan, including teacher actions, student activities, timings, slide references, and materials required.

5. AI Content Expansion

Using the same framework, develop an icebreaker, role play, skit, energiser, discussion questions, reflection prompts, parent activity, and homework. Use AI where appropriate and refine the output using your own judgement.

6. Editorial Excellence

Review a document containing formatting, language, and consistency issues and prepare a publication-ready version.

7. Short Video

Create a 60-second teacher introduction video using any AI-enabled video tool of your choice.
