We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join a cutting-edge project with Ford. This role is ideal for an innovator who thrives at the intersection of data science and engineering building intelligent programs, cognitive applications, and advanced algorithms that turn raw data into actionable business intelligence. You'll work with state-of-the-art AI techniques to solve complex, real-world problems at scale.

What You'll Do

- Understand business requirements and translate them into robust AI algorithms, models, and programs that solve complex problems

- Generate recommendations, extract patterns, and make predictions from large, diverse datasets

- Interpret sensor data — including images and sound — to power intelligent automation

- Orchestrate end-to-end automation and enable self-service AI capabilities

- Perform large-scale experimentation and build data-driven applications that convert raw data into actionable intelligence

- Drive innovative applications across a wide range of AI domains, including:

- Deep Learning

- Generative AI

- Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Image Processing

- Cognitive & Intelligent Process Automation

- Reinforcement Learning

- Virtual Assistants and specialized programming

- Research and continuously optimize AI technologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis

- Enhance automation frameworks to deliver smarter, faster, and more reliable outcomes.

What You Bring:-





- Strong hands-on experience across the AI/ML lifecycle — from model development to deployment

- Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML tooling

- Practical experience with cloud-based data engineering on GCP, including BigQuery, Dataproc, Data Fusion, and Cloud SQL

- Experience building automated data pipelines using Airflow, Dataflow, and PySpark

- Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure tools such as Tekton and Terraform

- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and API integration

- 5–10 years of relevant qualified experience in AI/ML and data-driven application development

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
