We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to solve complex business challenges. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems and optimize processes.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Design and develop scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions that can be deployed in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and techniques and evaluate their potential applications in our projects.
- Conduct experiments and perform rigorous testing to validate the performance and accuracy of developed models.




- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Document code, algorithms, and processes to ensure reproducibility and maintainability of developed solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms in realworld applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party services.
- Proficient in Django ORM, Django REST framework, and understanding of Django's class-based views.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation/validation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure for building and deploying AI/ML solutions is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
