We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI solutions and real-world AI deployments. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions, and thrive in both product development and operations environments with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities •

- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for business and product use cases. •
- Build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration frameworks, and automation solutions. •
- Convert business requirements into scalable technical architecture and implementation plans. •
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to define and deliver AI-driven solutions. •
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend optimal approaches. •
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive root-cause analysis. •
- Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and production support activities. •
- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and scalability requirements.

Required Skills &

Experience • 3–5 years of Agentic AI experience. •

- Hands-on experience delivering production-grade Agentic AI solutions. •
- Strong experience with LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks,



and prompt engineering. •

Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent. •
- Proficiency in Python and API integrations. •

Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation methodologies. •
- Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills. •
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. •
- Demonstrated experience working on live production projects.

Preferred Qualifications •

Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud. •
- Exposure to AI governance, security, and compliance considerations. •

Experience in product engineering, managed services, or operations environments. •
- Familiarity with MLOps, monitoring, and AI lifecycle management.
