Job Summary We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions and intelligent AI agents that streamline business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with workflow automation, LLMs, APIs, Python, and AI agent frameworks to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Workflow Automation

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and implement end-to-end workflow automation solutions.
- Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs and Webhooks.
- Develop automation scripts using Python or JavaScript.
- Integrate AI services (LLMs, OCR, Speech-to-Text, etc.) into business workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automation systems.
- Implement logging, security, documentation, and user training.

AI Agent Development

- Build AI agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design prompts, memory, tools, and reasoning workflows.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
- Integrate AI agents with external APIs and business systems.
- Optimize agent performance,



reliability, scalability, and cost.
- Implement AI safeguards, permissions, testing, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Deploy and maintain AI applications in production.

Enterprise Integration

- Develop AI-powered business applications.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, HRMS, and third-party platforms.
- Build document processing pipelines, customer support automation, analytics dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.

Qualifications

- Experience building production-ready AI applications and enterprise integrations.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
