Role Description As an Artificial Intelligence Developer Intern at RDFlex, you will support the design, development, and testing of AI-driven features for ERP and web applications. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collecting and preparing datasets, experimenting with machine learning models, and assisting in integrating AI components into existing systems under the guidance of senior developers. You will help document technical work, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

This is an internship role, based in office in Gandhinagar,



offering hands-on experience with practical AI applications in a real-world business environment.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, preferably in languages such as Python or Java.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and common libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with data handling, including data preprocessing, analysis, and visualization using tools like pandas or NumPy.
- Understanding of software development practices, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Interest in ERP systems and business process automation; prior exposure to Odoo or similar platforms is an advantage.
