About Blue Enigma

Blue Enigma is building an AI-Native Autonomous Operating System (AOS) — a new generation of intelligent infrastructure designed to autonomously manage and optimize hotel operations.

Our AI systems are being built to work across pricing, reservations, guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance, finance, CRM, and operational decision-making.

We are looking for exceptional engineers who want to work on difficult AI problems and build production-grade AI systems, not just prototypes.

The Role

As an AI Engineer – AI Systems & Multi-Agent Architecture, you will work at the core of our AI platform.

You will design and build intelligent systems involving LLMs, RAG, AI agents, recommendation engines, reasoning workflows, inference services, and AI infrastructure.

You will work closely with the founders and have significant ownership over the architecture and implementation of our AI systems.

What You’ll Work On

- Design and build multi-agent AI systems
- Develop recommendation engines and intelligent reasoning workflows
- Build LLM orchestration, tool calling, and structured-output pipelines
- Develop scalable ML inference services and AI APIs
- Build RAG systems using embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search, and re-ranking
- Develop evaluation frameworks and AI observability systems
- Build MLOps pipelines for experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and model performance
- Work directly with founders to define and evolve the AI architecture
- Own AI features end-to-end — from experimentation to production

What We’re Looking For

Solid fundamentals in:

- Python
- FastAPI
- Machine Learning
- LLMs and Transformers
- RAG and Retrieval Systems
- AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
- Backend engineering

Experience with:

- LoRA / Fine-tuning
- Prompt Engineering




- Embeddings & Vector Databases
- Hybrid Search & Re-ranking
- LLM orchestration and tool calling
- AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, PydanticAI, or LlamaIndex
- PostgreSQL, Redis, and/or MongoDB
- AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
- MLflow, experiment tracking, model monitoring and drift detection

The technical requirements above are based on the AI team's specification.

Excellent If You Also Have

- Research publications
- Kaggle or AI hackathon achievements
- Meaningful open-source contributions
- Experience building production AI products
- Knowledge of knowledge graphs
- Experience with recommendation systems
