Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer – Agent Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions. The role involves owning agent architecture, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation, and production optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect AI Agent frameworks, orchestration & tool-calling patterns.
- Own RAG architecture, embeddings, retrieval optimization & accuracy.
- Define LLM/Agent evaluation using golden datasets, hallucination testing & regression frameworks.
- Establish prompt engineering standards and review practices.
- Optimize production agents for accuracy, latency & cost.




- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior AI engineers.

Must-Have Skills 10+ years in AI/ML Engineering

5+ years working with production LLM/GenAI systems

Robust expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG & Prompt Engineering

Expert-level Python

Experience with Agent Evaluation & LLM testing

Strong understanding of token management, latency & cost optimization

Experience leading/mentoring AI/ML engineering teams

Good to Have

MCP | LangGraph | LangChain | Vector Databases | LLMOps | TypeScript/Node.js | Enterprise AI | ITSM/IT Operations
