Role Description The Articled Student will support senior professionals in delivering commercial, compliance, and business advisory services to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with documentation, financial and business analysis, preparation of reports and working papers, and reviewing data for accuracy and completeness. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients, learning to use relevant business and compliance software, and maintaining organized records in line with company standards.

Student is expected to actively participate in research on regulatory and commercial matters, contribute to process improvements, and develop professional skills under guided supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and business data accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn specialized commercial and compliance software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Attention to detail, organized work habits, and the ability to follow structured processes and timelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team setting and maintain client confidentiality.
- Completed inter level exams of professional studies such as CA, CMA, CS, or Graduate of degree in Commerce, Finance.
- Interest in commercial law, taxation, compliance, and business process consulting will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt to new assignments, and take responsibility under supervision.
