Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Art Director – 3D Architectural Visualization in Pune. You will oversee the visual strategy, production quality, and creative output of high-end real estate rendering, animation, and virtual reality projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Leadership: Drive the aesthetic direction, storytelling, lighting, and composition for all architectural visualization projects.

- Client Collaboration: Translate architectural blueprints and client briefs into compelling, photorealistic visual narratives.

- Workflow Optimization: Establish and enforce productive production pipelines, rendering standards, and quality control processes.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in architectural visualization.

- Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite, Post Production.

- Engine Skills: Experience with Chaos Vantage,



D5 Renderer or Unreal Engine for real-time walk-throughs is highly preferred.

- Camera Technicalities: Deep knowledge of virtual camera placement, focal lengths, depth of field, and grid line tracking to achieve hyper-realistic architectural staging.

- Visual Storytelling: Ability to direct dramatic angles and camera paths for animations that effectively showcase spatial volume and scale.

- Immersive Storytelling: Proven ability to build narrative-driven environments using mood lighting, atmospheric effects, material realism, and lived-in staging to evoke emotion and convey lifestyle beyond basic spatial rendering.

- Cinematic Composition: Master-level understanding of camera rules, including the rule of thirds, golden ratio, leading lines, and framing.

- Education: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or Animation.
