Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer to drive sales and business development for OTR/TBR Tyres in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel sales, dealer network management, and business expansion within the automotive, tyre, battery, lubricant, engineering goods, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development activities within the assigned territory.
- Develop, expand, and manage dealer/distributor networks.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, customers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Conduct product promotion, market activation, and brand-building activities.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and analyze sales performance data.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales of Tyres, Batteries, Automotive Products, Engineering Goods, Lubricants, or related industries.
- Strong experience in dealer network management and channel sales.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-driven and capable of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
